SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (2-3hrs per week)

Do you have a few extra hours each week? Are you on social media all the time? We’re looking to hire a creative, social media savvy individual to take our social media to the next level. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research social media content/come up with ideas 

  • Create / Manage Weekly Social Media Timeline (1-2 Reels, 5 Stories, 1 Post)

  • Capture content onsite at Ounces (video & photos)

  • Build/Post Reels, Stories & Posts via Instagram app (Bonus if you have knowledge of other Social Platforms)

  • Communicate with Owner to align/approve content/plans

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be an iPhone user, willing to use your personal phone for capturing and creating content (photos, videos, apps…etc)

  • Must have 2-3 hours weekly to dedicate to Ounces Social Media (flexible on exact timing; much can be remote)

  • Able to come to Ounces often to capture content

  • Must be proficient in using Instagram tools and apps to build reels, stories & content; Bonus if you have Meta backend, knowledge of social advertising…etc

COMPENSATION/PERKS:

Options for Compensation based on interests:

Unlimited FREE Beer + Merch     OR
$21.30/hr + FREE weekly beer allotment
